the monday edit
happy monday! we had a relatively quiet week followed by a family weekend home. the theme of the weekend was cozy, with lots of snuggles, naps, and slowly breaking out our christmas decor. maya is, without a shadow of a doubt, ready for full christmas, tree and all, and of course bringing her sweet little brother along for the ride.
we were so ready for a bit of a slow down, some time to ourselves and a quiet weekend. it felt so nice to eat dinners home every evening, snuggle into the couch early, and go to bed early. i was able to get up and go for a long run sunday morning, before capping the weekend visiting some of our best friends.

i finished the woman in suite 11 (ruth ware) and i was not disappointed. i also started this new one, gone before goodbye (harlan coben, reese witherspoon), and i’m enjoying the audio version.
