Hi. Hello.

another month and i’m slightly late; happy october! this is one of my absolute favorite times of year. i love the bite in the air, the colors peeping out, and honestly, pulling out all of my sweaters.

sweater love:
with the weather finally turning, for the better, in my opinion, i have started getting out my favorite sweaters, and finding some new options.

one of my all time favorites, is this gap oversized cotton sweater is on regular rotation for me. i have it in multiple colors (blue, chocolate brown, taupe) and wear it everywhere. It’s so easy to dress up, to drape over a dress or shirt, and running around in comfy clothes on the weekends.

a new one, that i’ve been eyeing and wanting to pull the trigger on, is this polo sweater. it feels so classic and multi functional, and one i would have forever.

some of my other favorite classics have been on rotation as well, that i’ve had for years: jenni kayne favorites (i have an older one, but this is similar; also this light v-neck is a favorite)

bits and bobs that brought me joy:
i’ve had a couple of really exciting things going on personally, and with that, a few really good therapy sessions. my reward is always a treat; if we’re being honest, i can never turn away a good arnold palmer. that and my morning walks have been bringing me so much joy, especially as the colors start to turn and fall is slowly creeping its way in.

i re-bought one of my favorite skincare products, and immediately saw the difference. vitamin c is always an essential, but this one is just so good. the texture, the results, its perfect.

i’ve also been back on decorating my house, and finding pieces that fit, both big and small. this oak house x target came at just the right time. i had fun shopping this one and rounding out some rooms; everything is starting to feel much cozier, intentional and like home heading into the cooler months.

i also went on a huge spree at my garden store, with some gorgeous fall perennials and planting some hydrangeas for next year. next on the list will be mums and pumpkins.
