the monday edit
another monday! im getting ready for another work trip to spain and france, and i leave next saturday. i’m plotting my outfits, planning for spring europe in wine regions (i.e. cool evenings, warm days, potential for rain and wind, and everything in between). the fun part is that i don’t need my winter coat, get to lean into cotton skirts, dresses, sweaters, blazers and chic sneakers.
because i’m leaving, we tried to sneak in some quality family time this weekend, around a couple of events. we had a friend’s birthday party and then spoiled the kids with little adventures including a carousel date, playground adventures, happy hour, and extra ice cream. i also had a 10k this weekend (pike’s peek), which is always one of my favorites.
all in all, it was a great weekend, and will use this week to prep for the trip and sneak some extra snuggles until then. happy monday!
